Since 1994, Mr. Sirdah runs his own entertainment marketing promotions firm, which has developed to be one of the outstanding firms in the industry in the Southeast. 

Lulu Promotions and Music has successfully sponsored concerts and events in different musical and artistic genres, most remarkably Hispanic or Latin. Mr. Ismail Sirdah himself grows in the enrichment of cultures by being able to enjoy various ones. He credits this to living in a city that is treated as the melting pot of cultures. Ismail Sirdah has completed high school in Amman, Jordan in 1981. He finished an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Intermediate University College in Amman, Jordan in 1983. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH in 1987. Sirdah has been self-employed for two decades, operating businesses in the Lulu Promotions and Music and El Matador Mexican Restaurant industries.

Besides Sirdah's successful life. Ismail Sirdah  is a down-to-earth dedicated family man who loves reading and watching professional soccer games.

Lulu Promotions has taken care of concerts and events for such crowd-pleasing performers as Hector “El Torito” Acosta, Alexis y Fido, Jowell & Randy, Prince Royce, Zion & Lenox, 24 Horas and Omega and more important artist in the Hispanic community.
